I made this video in memory of my Si Baak Cheng Moy For. He passed away leaving a huge contribution to the Moy Yat Lineage.
As a Disciple of Patriarch Moy Yat, he joined the kung fu family in 1974 during the chinese new year and became a reference in the family.
I had the pleasure to meet him in 1997, during the festivities of my Sigung's birthday and retirement party.
At that time, a lot of people came from around the world to celebrate Patriarch Moy Yat's party.
That was my first trip to New York and before that I had already heard a lot of stories about my si baak. During the party he was sitting at a table and I asked him to take a picture with me. Many years later I had the opportunity to see him again and mentioned to him about that moment, and he said, "I remember very well".
I was very impressed because there was a lot of people around in that specific occasion and even so he remembered taking a picture with me.
There are no words to describe how import he is as an inspiration for many generations of practitioners in our clan.
